The delivery time for your order depends on the product, but generally, the lead times from the receipt of payment are as follows:
- Stock items: 15-20 working days
- New orders: 60-65 working days
- Sample orders: 15-20 working days
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a delivery date. Our team will handle the booking, ensuring the goods are delivered to the port through our CHA (Customs House Agent). Customs clearance typically takes 7-10 working days. Our agents will arrange transport to the port, shipment overseas, customs clearance, and procurement of necessary documents. The CHA will coordinate directly with your designated Freight Forwarder to hand over the goods. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to track its status. Specific delivery dates and time slots are available upon request at an additional cost

We understand the importance of finish samples when finalizing a design. We offer samples of most materials and color variations. If we don’t have the exact sample you need, we’ll do our best to assist. You can request a sample from our showroom, and a Shayona Corporation representative will dispatch it to you within 15 working days. We recognize that our glass products may not meet every specific requirement, so we offer customization options to suit your individual needs. You can alter the design, finish, and size or make significant changes. Simply send us your specifications, either as text or a sketch, and we’ll provide a full quotation along with shop drawings.
